ZUMBA®is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health.

REGULAR CLASS SCHEDULE
Zumba Classes (one hour)
DAY: Thursdays (one day a week); 6pm
ADMISSION: $10 per person (per class) and one canned good (10% of which goes back to the church; and all the canned goods go to the food pantry)
WAIVER: Each participant must sign a health waiver before participating in class.
One hour class suitable for ages 13+ and all skills levels. Alison is licensed to instruct youth, adults & seniors.
